This week we are rereleasing our episode about the Mediterranean Diet with some practical applications of the diet. We have been talking about the Mediterranean diet a lot on the podcast the past few weeks so we thought it would be a good time for a refresher on some easy swaps you can make for your family today. This episode also addresses ways to incorporate more Mediterranean aspects that might work for a picky eater. Lastly, we give lots of Mediterranean diet-inspired recipe ideas to get you started on your Med diet journey.
