Amy Burr is President of JetBlue Ventures (JBV), the venture capital arm of JetBlue Airways, where she leads investments in early-stage startups in travel, hospitality, and transportation. She has been with JBV since 2018, previously serving as Managing Director of Operations and Partnerships, building a strong ecosystem of partners for portfolio companies.
With over two decades of experience in the travel industry, Amy co-founded Virgin America in 2004, holding various roles in strategy, technology, and revenue development. She later led Virgin America's merger with Alaska Airlines. Amy also worked at Continental Airlines in revenue management and corporate development. She holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BS from American University.
