Hello beauties,

This week, I continue to chat with you about meditation and mindfulness. Your body responds in many different ways. Are you aware of the messages that your body sends?

Have you ever not eaten until one o'clock, and your stomach feels like it is going to eat itself? I know I have.

Or have you snapped at the kids, not knowing why you're irritable?

I chat about the body's sensations and how you can become more mindful of your experience in your daily life to decrease stress and live a life with ease and flow.

You don't want to miss this episode because I also share one of my worst days with you! Seriously! Listen as I chat about my car anxiety and how my body responded to an attack. My worst day also consisted of my anniversary and calling my partner's baby momma out. Yikes!!
