Hello beauties,

Have you ever been stressed and overwhelmed? My guess is yes! We all have.

But what happens when we get too overwhelmed? Well most go into overdrive and end up stressed.

Meditation has played a large role in my life, and in this series, I want to share with you how it has impacted me. One example is how I went from having panic attacks to none ever again!
