What if there was a simple tool that could take your anxiety from a 9/10 down to a 4? Something to help with procrastination, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, and that shamey feeling of being too much and never enough?

Well, my friend - there is. And we’re diving into it in today’s episode.

In this conversation, I’m joined by my good friend Jess Johnson — a former therapist, certified EFT practitioner and fellow ADHDer. Jess shares her powerful story of getting diagnosed later in life and how discovering EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) changed the way she managed her ADHD.

We talk about:

  • What EFT actually is & how it works
  • Why it’s so effective for ADHDers
  • How EFT helps with emotional regulation, RSD, anxiety, sleep, and more
  • Plus how YOU can start using it today (even if it sounds a bit weird at first!)

Whether you’re brand new to tapping or you’ve tried it before, this episode is packed with practical insights, science-backed goodness, and a whole lot of heart.

Side of the Hand (Setup):
Even though navigating the world with ADHD can be difficult, I'm letting my body relax as I send myself compassion...
Even though I’ve spent way too much time trying to be less me and more normal (whatever the fuck that means), I deeply and completely love myself for exactly who I am…
Even though the world keeps acting like my brain is a problem to fix, I’m open to the idea that my ADHD brain isn’t the issue—maybe the real issue is trying to squeeze my magic into a boring-ass mold.

Tapping Through the Points:

Top of the Head:
This brain is chaotic.... And creative as fuck.

Eyebrow:

And creative as fuck
I don’t do linear. I do lightning bolts.

Side of the Eye:
Yeah, I forget stuff. I fidget. I zone out.

Under the Eye:
AND I connect dots other people can’t even see.

Under the Nose:
My sensitivity isn’t a weakness—it’s my inner compass.

Chin:
My brilliance doesn’t look like theirs. That’s the point.

Collarbone:
I’m not here to follow rules that weren’t made for me.

Under the Arm:
I’m here to burn the damn rulebook and write my own.

Top of the Head:
Because this brain? This wild, wonderful, spark-filled brain?
It’s where the good shit starts.
