Have you ever noticed how everyone in the diet industry sounds the same? Everyone wants you to eat more vegetables, get more sleep, drink more water, and exercise more.

I don’t disagree with this advice, but here’s the problem – it's surface level advice. It’s what the frustrated 95% of yo-yo dieters are doing and why they may be feeling defeated.

This is why they're stuck!

You’re trying to make change from the action piece of your lives, but it simply doesn’t work and the diet industry is incredibly good at manipulating you into thinking it does by repackaging the same things over and over again.
