Ken Wiesenfeld is a husband of 30 years, with 2 amazing young adult sons, who he could not be more proud of. He wishes that he had the wisdom of those lessons most recently learned about parenting while he was "winging it" during the pre-teen years. In addition to spending time with his family, Ken is the proprietor of a financial consulting practice, providing accounting, finance, and acquisition support to clients.

Lonny Anger has been married for 23 years, and has 3 children, and 2 dogs. He views being a parent as a great gift that comes with no instructions. He is proud to pass on his love of Billy Joel, skiing, and good food onto his children. When he is not with his family, Lonny owns a general contracting company that specializes in commercial interior renovation, and a separate company that builds pickleball courts (as well as tennis and basketball.)

Together, they tackle real-life parenting scenarios, examining how they would respond to various situations involving children and teenagers. From dealing with rebellious behavior to addressing serious issues like gambling debts, the quartet offers diverse perspectives and thoughtful advice, often highlighting the importance of communication and understanding.
