Have you ever felt like you finally got your clutter under control, only to have it creep back in before you know it? This week, I’m unpacking a subtle yet powerful habit that consistently undermines our decluttering efforts. It's something society often encourages, making it even harder to recognize and overcome.

It’s essential to evaluate what you bring into your life, such as evaluating the physical things, obligations/ ideas, and scheduling commitments. We are often too quick to allow these things in without considering the impact. It’s a habit that doesn’t serve us and keeps us from making space for what matters.

This week, episode 259 of the Positively LivingⓇ Podcast is about the clutter habit you need to break!
