Here's the truth: you can question a thought in under five minutes. In the car. While making coffee. While your kid is getting their shoes on.

The point isn't to do it perfectly. The point is to do it.

Is it true? Can you absolutely know that it's true? How do you react when you believe that thought? Who would you be without that thought? Turn the thought to the opposite, to yourself, switch places with the other

This week's practice: Set a timer for 5 minutes. Pick one recurring stressful thought. Question it using the steps in this video.
