The infamous Grandpa Jack, aka Jack Wilcox, joined us to discuss addiction, recovery, and losing his son to an opiate overdose that lived in Dayton, Ohio, one of the places hardest hit nationally by the opioid epidemic. Jack goes into great detail about his personal struggle with alcoholism and the fateful day he got the call many parents dread. Grieving his son, Jack was not entirely sure what he would do, but what he chose to do next to carry a message with hopes of at least saving one life would shock those attending his presentations.
