What is the most important goal I wish to accomplish?

Think about it seriously. Is it positive, constructive, and creative?

Chasing goals that are not meaningful is a waste of time. Instead, focus on enjoying your life and accepting the things you believe need to change. Look for the good in everything.

In your mind, imagine that you have already accomplished your goal. Feel what it is like to have it.

How will it change your lifestyle?

Project it. Visualize having it right now in your current reality, not in a distant reality.

Go into meditation. Within your imagination, create a short scene where you have now achieved what you want.

Use your senses and feel what it is like to have accomplished it.

Start taking meaningful steps to achieve your goal. Take small, manageable steps toward your objective.

Always remember why you want to accomplish your goal so that you remain motivated.

Have patience; don’t rush. The more you force something, the harder it becomes to achieve.

The more relaxed you are while working toward your goal, the easier it will be!

You need to be relaxed to be creative.

Often, we must change our path, or we may fail because we haven’t learned the necessary things to achieve our dreams.

Keep going, regardless of what happens.
