I have seen a movie clip about that, and it was not true.
The author thinks that we take drugs because we don’t live in a perfect world.
First, we live in a perfect world!
Second, we are not white mice!
The white mice will choose drugs when being alone, too fewer exercises, bad food …
For instance, in Krabi/Thailand,
1.) one of the most beautiful places in the world,
2.) with excellent food,
3.) great selection of spas and recreation,
4.) even with a good variety of beautiful sexy girls, Ladyboys
and all of these to a low price…
Still, you see the tourists taking all kind of drugs and that quite a lot…
What are the real causes of addiction:
1.) Suppressed negative feelings and traumas
2.) Fear
3.) To have problems
4.) Depression/Frustration
5.) Anger
6.) Sadness
7.) Unhappiness
8.) Not enough sex or not to share your sex with a sex-partner.
9.) No sense in living, a mission is missing.
Only if we eliminate the cause of addiction, we can get rid of an addiction.
Most of all addicted people are just only changing their addiction instead to get rid of the addiction! And that is science proofed.
You can’t really improve anything when you don’t change the cause or reason through that the problem is caused!!!
For instance: If somebody is overweighted, he should ask why he overeats, exercises too less or lives an unhealthy lifestyle!
Next step change your life that you don’t need to live an unhealthy lifestyle.
Last step: Live a healthy lifestyle.
