Based on the "One Hour White Noise River Meditation for Sleep," this remade version is slower with not much going on, and it focuses on imagining nature as you relax next to the river. Use passive progressive muscle relaxation to relax your body and visualize a safe and peaceful place while you fall asleep. This visualization is an hour long, with less content and a nice, slow pace that will lull you to sleep.
