God’s relationship with the children of Israel under the Old Covenant provides a glimpse of His divine nature as a Faithful Shepherd.
Despite Israel’s consistent unfaithfulness, God faithfully led, guided, and protected them in the wilderness. He remained steadfast in His commitment to provide for and protect them.
As a Faithful Shepherd, God embodies reliability, dependability, and unwavering trustworthiness. He is fully responsible for fulfilling His obligations, duties, and commitments toward His sheep.
