Episode Summery:

On this episode, we were joined by L.A.-based Rebecca Reagan, executive producer, environmental activist (Amazon Healing), and one of the visionaries behind the Grammy Award Winning Limited Box Set For the Birds: The Birdsong Project. As a child, Becky always thought it would be cool to do something with bird songs and human music. When the forest fires in Australia in 2020 which were killing billions of animals and their habitat, Becky taped into her innocent childhood vision to create The Bird Song project and use it to bring awareness to environmental threats to bird habitat but also raise money to build new habitat.

The Bird Song project brought together a vibrant community that is dedicated to protecting birds, their habitat and celebrating the joy of birdsong. Becky and her team collaborated with hundreds of artists around the world, from a variety of creative mediums to compose music, poetry and art that celebrates the joy of birdsong, while at the same time bringing attention to the environmental threats we all face. The bird Song project is a power example of how our creativity can help heal the planet.

Becky is a long-time meditator and certified mindful meditation coach who is using her experience as a creative producer to help bring healing to the world in a number of unique and beautiful ways. She is passionate about solving the problems that we face as a global village.
