We’re back babyyyy, crashing into your ears like two caffeinated toddlers in a bounce house. It’s James and White Belt Zach, still proudly rocking his participation ribbon in jiu-jitsu. This episode of Rolling Sober isn’t your grandma’s recovery podcast (unless your grandma’s into armbars, emotional meltdowns, and AI overlords).

We’re chopping it up about our sobriety journeys, how not to cry during warmups, and why community is basically the duct tape holding our lives together. Expect questionable jiu-jitsu “techniques,” unsolicited life advice, and us oversharing personal stories like it’s free therapy.

And of course, because we’re degenerates who found sobriety but not moderation, we sprinkle in some AI talk—because nothing screams recovery like wondering if a robot would tap us faster than a purple belt.

So buckle up, buttercup. We’ve got community, emotional awareness, a splash of jiu-jitsu sweat, and the kind of banter that makes you wonder how we’re still allowed to have microphones.
