From a young age I watched my parents and family members struggle with their weight, body image and confidence. I remember sitting in weight watchers meetings in middle school, and subconsciously thinking - "there has to be a better way" and questioning if there was more to life than trying to hate yourself skinny or diet yourself happy.
As I got older, I fell into the same traps of cyclical dieting, restriction, binging and obsessing - until one day I decided I was done. I was determined to find a sustainable method to true mental, emotional and physical health, and once I did - I vowed to share it with as many other women as I could.
I started researching and educating myself on the missing piece of many programs - mindset. I studied and learned the psychology behind nutrition, movement and motivation, and eventually started developing my own program, which has helped me lose 40+ lbs., keep it off, while creating a long term healthy lifestyle I love. This method has also helped me improve my skin, energy, anxiety and depression, digestive issues, sleep, immunity, bloating, painful period cramps, headaches and more.
Now as a certified holistic health coach, I help others do the same.My mission is to share my program, method, experience and lessons learned with as many women as I can, so I can help them go from struggling, stressed and hopeless to successful, confident and empowered!
