She learned to be her own health advocate and embrace holistic healing Dawn Fitch is a Health Advocate, Speaker, Author, and Founder/CEO of award-winning bath & body company Pooka Pure & Simple. Originally a graphic artist by trade, Dawn’s life took a drastic turn when she was diagnosed with autoimmune disease, Multiple Sclerosis. Her diagnosis inspired her to adopt a healthier lifestyle, and she began making her own natural products for personal use. Dawn began sharing her unique handmade products with the world after some encouragement from family and friends, and her company ‘Pooka Pure & Simple’ was born soon after. Today, Pooka has been in operation for over 20 years, and her artisanal creations can be found online and in Whole Foods stores nationwide.
