Esther Kalaba is an art therapist, somatic psychotherapist, known by many as the "breathwork lady." Her signature therapeutic offerings combine movement, art, breathing, and meditation and teach us basic skills in how to be human. She’s the founder of the People of the Prana, an organization that specializes in teaching breathing practices to support emotional and mental wellbeing for everyone.
In this episode, we discuss grief—a holistic experience most of us have at one point or another but are often not sure how to navigate. Esther helps us to see how art and breath can be powerful tools as we do deep grief work. In fact, she shares ways that the breath can be a primary teacher throughout our lives.
