'Vicious Propensities' & 'Not Playing it Safe'
Manage episode 478742676 series 3410861
First, the plaintiffs say the defendant’s dog got out and grabbed their dog when they were out on a walk, so they’re suing the defendant for damages and vet bills. The defendant denies her dog got out that day and insists a previous judge ruled against the plaintiffs in a criminal case.
Then, the plaintiff says he sold an expensive safe to the defendant, but there was a technical glitch, so he refunded the money. Now the man won’t return the safe, so he’s suing for the value. The defendant says the safe had no original bill of sale, and he’s countersuing for shipping and storage fees.
