Hypnotic meditation is a deeply calming and introspective practice that blends traditional meditation with gentle hypnotic techniques. It guides you into a relaxed, meditative state where your subconscious mind becomes more open and receptive to supportive, therapeutic suggestions as you are in an altered brainwave state - theta.
