It's a 1-minute exercise that trains your brain to feel less stressed, more focused, and more present.

Here's how it works:

- Close your eyes. Think of one thing you're grateful for.

- Let that feeling of gratitude fill your whole body.

- Then imagine sending that feeling outward—like a ripple.

- Out to your friends. Out to your community. Out through time.

- Send it backward to thank your ancestors.

- Send it forward to future generations.

Do this once a day.

It's emotional weightlifting.

You get stronger the more you do it.

It reduces anxiety, improves sleep, and helps you handle stress.

You don't have to believe in anything.

You just have to focus.
