Nasal strips: essentially plasters for your schnoz that help you breathe better. Simple enough.

Athletes use them when running. Snotty people use them for congestion. Snorers use them to shut the fck up at night and stop disturbing everyone else.

So if you’re an athletic, snotty snorer, you’ve hit the jackpot!

You know what question we’re gonna ask though. Should you really bother using them?

That’s a lot of promises for what looks like a basic enough plaster you stick on your nose. Do they actually improve your sleep quality? Or help you breathe better while running?

And if you would consider your nose to be slightly fuc*ed (e.g. deviated septum), are you the perfect person to benefit?

Luckily, with one of us (Gary) having said infliction, and the other being an athletic snotty snorer, we happen to be the best people to put them to the test.
