When we get diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, we immediately think things like:

I have to change my diet.

I have to start exercising.

I have to stop eating carbs.

I have to find the magic potion that's going to make all of this go away.

But what if I told you the FIRST thing you need to focus on isn't any of those things? It's by far the most underrated, but most CRUCIAL part of getting well-shifting your mindset.
