In this heartfelt Steph & the Sleepytime Crew adventure, we meet Pip - a determined little Panda with big dreams and even bigger feelings. When her first attempt at roller skating doesn’t go as planned (okay… it’s a complete disaster), Pip spirals into self-doubt, frustration, and one very dramatic panda meltdown.

But with a little help from her wise friend Moxy the Meercat, Pip learns a few powerful lessons:

- Perfection isn’t real
- Mistakes don’t mean you’re failing
- And just because a thought feels true, doesn’t mean it is

This story gently explores how negative self-talk can hold us back, why self-kindness matters when we’re learning something new, and how mistakes aren’t just part of growing up - they’re one of the most important parts of the journey.

A soothing story for kids who struggle with frustration, big feelings, or thinking (and feeling) like they have to get it “right” the first time.

Perfect for bedtime — and imperfect days.

Hi, I’m Steph — a mum to a sensitive little guy and an integrative therapist who works with kids to regulate their nervous systems (as well as adults!). I know how important it is that every child feels safe, seen, and loved just as they are. I created Steph and the Sleepytime Crew to help kids wind down with stories that spark giggles, build confidence, and support emotional and social wellbeing — one bedtime at a time.

Thanks for listening and letting me and the Sleepytime Crew be part of your family’s night-time routine!
