To effectively serve members, associations must first understand them—their priorities, preferences, and the ways they consume information. Today, we’ll explore the art of meeting members where they are to ensure they feel seen, heard, and engaged.

Our guest is Mike Skiados, MBA, CAE, and CEO of the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA). Prior to this role, Mike served as the director of membership for several organizations, including the American Institute of Architects and the American Speech Language Hearing Association.

Mike speaks about his omni-channel approach to member relations which adapts to changing content consumption patterns. He also discusses the need for a clear value proposition and tangible benefits to attract and retain members.
