The Mizuno Wave Rider 29 is an everyday running shoe designed for comfort and durability. Priced at $150, it competes with shoes like the Brooks Ghost and Hoka Clifton. In this episode, I give an overview of the Wave Rider, take it out for some miles and let you know my thoughts.
