In this episode of The Faces of Business, we talk with Trevor Calder and Mark Lilly, co-authors of Never Late is Better, about how manufacturers can stop struggling with outdated scheduling methods and finally achieve on-time production.

Trevor and Mark have spent decades working with manufacturers to solve production scheduling challenges. Despite major investments in ERP systems, many manufacturers still rely on spreadsheets and whiteboards to manage production. Their book explains why traditional Finite Capacity Scheduling (FCS) fails and how the Dynamic Production Method (DPM) provides a better solution.
