Join The Fitness Sales Inner Circle
In this episode of The Fitness Sales Playbook, I had the pleasure of welcoming Sam and James Board, known as the Board twins, who run an online fitness coaching company primarily focused on weight loss and physique development. Before joining, Sam and James faced significant challenges with their lead flow and sales processes. They were overwhelmed with unqualified leads from various
demographics, which made it difficult to close sales effectively. After implementing the CPCE system, they saw remarkable improvements, including a reduction in call times and an increase in their closing percentage from around 40% to 63% in just a few months.
The twins discussed the importance of having a simple, teachable sales process, which allows business owners to identify whether issues lie with their sales reps or the leads themselves.
