He held various leadership positions at ISO, the International Organization for Standardization based in Geneva, including the position of Acting Secretary-General and CEO.

Nicolas gained experience in wellbeing following the individual coaching program of Hintsa performance for two years, something which helped him to profoundly transformed his health and life.
Nicolas Fleury is the co-founder and Managing partner at Stractic Advisors, an advisory firm based in Switzerland.
