This edition of "The Institute For Person-Centered Care Podcast" helps us understand more about brain health and how we can better cope with the varieties of pressure and stress facing us daily.

Host Ann Garton welcomes Lindsay Hohertz, a Licensed Master's Social Worker, who is with the St. Ambrose University Counseling Center. Lindsay's primary focus with St. Ambrose is mental health outreach and prevention, but also sees students individually for brief therapy. Lindsay is also a part-time therapist in private practice with an agency in Davenport and works with individuals age 5-adult. Lindsay's previous work experience includes social work in K-12 school districts, crisis counseling, work with foster and adoptive families, and hospice settings.
