I'm not one to sugarcoat things.
Every episode I keep it real with you.
Life isn't always as glamorous as social media makes it seem.
There are highs and lows and ebbs and flows.
And the good thing is that there is a lot to learn from those lows, even if we don't realize it in the moment.
On today's episode I share with you some of my lowest lows, what I've learned from them and how they've helped me on my path.
My goal of this episode is to show you that if I can get out of the hell I was in, you sure as hell can, too.
Enjoy the show.
