Hello and welcome back to the Lenko Show.
In this episode I talk through a really useful and simple shoulder mobility routine which is ideal if you do a lot of upper body work, play a throwing / ball striking sport OR you generally just struggle with your shoulders. Here is the link to the video on my YouTube channel.

I also talk through a simple and effective lower body power workout which also featured some exercises utilizing the 'Monkey Foot' again these will be uploaded to my YouTube channel this week so make sure you are subscribed and on the lookout for that when it drops.
The main chunk of this episode came about as a result of some of the conversations I have had with a couple of my clients this week. It's not always easy to train and sometimes it can be all too easy to drop out and not finish the session as required. How you deal with these situations can make all the difference plus NOBODY is immune to this.
