Julia Paternain was THE name after the World Championships in Tokyo. Not a lot of people in the running world had any relationship to her name before this fall, but after her bronze medal in the marathon distance, most people now know her name.

Julia is a marathon runner from Uruguay, who started running later than a lot of other runners, and did a lot of sports from a young age. In this episode she gives us an insight into what her training looks like and how she became number three in the world.
