After going deeper than usual into some mindfulness we update Steven Adams' NBA season with Houston Rockets. Then we dive into a change of ownership for NZ Breakers and kiwi basketballers who they can sign, or in the case of Carlin Davison have already snapped up. We touch on the latest round of Plunket Shield and the Rhys Mariu kerfuffle before balancing how older players improve in Blackcaps with the exciting youngsters on the rise like Muhammad Abbas. NZ Warriors had a gritty win vs Wests Tigers and are leading the NRL in a few funky stats, plus there are lots of younger players chiming in for a good NSW Cup team. After dropping NZ Kiwis thoughts on the fullback position we roll into A-League football where Auckland FC had a win and Wellington Phoenix men offered an encouraging performance in their draw. Moses Dyer scored a lovely goal in Ireland as well.
