This week in the Niche Cast we start by updating Sam Ruthe's mile mahi and then discuss the change in ownership for NZ Breakers. Carlin Davison, Corey Webster and Jackson Ball have had strong start to the NBL season, while the All Whites sealed World Cup qualification so we celebrate all things kiwi football. We also touch on Tyler Bindon, Sarpreet Singh and Marko Stamenic as kiwi footballers with intriguing club situations overseas. Wellington Phoenix Women had a loss and seem unlikely to crack A-League Women finals. Then we chat through Blackcaps T20I/ODI stuff vs Pakistan with Nick Kelly and Muhammad Abbas earning ODI call ups, meanwhile White Ferns have struggled to compete with Australia in their T20Is. We roll through a few Plunket Shield notes before finishing with key details about New Zealand Warriors footy after another win at Mt Smart.
