If you’ve ever thought “Is this just me?” — it might not be. It might be ADHD.
In this video, I’m chatting through all the random, unexpected, totally normal-but-not-really things I had no idea were actually signs of ADHD. From messy bags and never-ending tabs in my brain, to the fact I couldn’t stick to a planner if my life depended on it — this is the stuff no one tells you.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 40 and suddenly… so much made sense. If you're an overwhelmed mum trying to stay on top of life but constantly feeling behind, this might resonate with you more than you expect.

Think you might have ADHD — or just curious if your everyday struggles are more than just “being disorganised”? Download my free guide: 100 Signs Of ADHD You Might Be Missing. These are all the things I thought were “just me”… until I was diagnosed at 40. If you’ve ever felt the same, this one’s for you.
