This is motivation Monday, and today we’re talking about my controversial opinion that changing yourself (or your schedule) a little at a time is enough.
This is for someone who’s in a busy season right now and just swamped with all the demands on her time.
Honey, it’s enough. You’re doing enough. You’re changing enough.
Even if you aren’t listening to an hour of self-development podcasts a day, or meal planning every week, or working on your business every weekday no matter what, you’re enough.
