In this episode, I’m inviting you to stop being such a bitch to yourself.
Yep, I said it. That internal mean girl voice that cuts you down, judges every move, and speaks to you in a way you'd never speak to someone you love? It's optional. And this week, I’m challenging you to catch her in the act and practise something radically different: kindness.
We’re talking about what it actually means to be kind to yourself — how to respond to that critical inner voice with compassion, how to notice the thought before it spirals, and how to stop making self-judgment your default.
This isn’t about pretending everything’s fine. It’s about choosing to respond to yourself the way you would your best mate.
✨ This week's practice: Catch the voice. Pause. Choose a kind response. And repeat.
You're not going to magically do this perfectly — your brain isn’t wired that way yet. But with practice, the shifts start happening. And I can’t wait to see what changes this simple act brings for you.
