Walking, I've found, is not just beneficial for physical health but has been instrumental in improving my mental well-being, particularly during the colder months. As I navigate through the streets, I delve into how walking inspires me, helps me adjust back to routine, and serves as a therapeutic practice to combat feeling uninspired and in a funk.
