Warm Up

:30 lat stretch each arm

:30 tricep stretch each arm

1:00 couch stretch each leg

1:00 pigeon each leg

5:00 row or bike (:10 surge/ :50 moderate or easy x 5)

10 walking lunge + overhead reach

5 air squat

2 rounds

5 front squat

5 push press

5 thruster

2 rounds (empty barbell)

3x5 thrusters (building in load through workout weights)

5 scap pull up

5 kip swing

3 kip swing + 3 pull up

3 kip swing + 3 chest to bar

3 hip to bar swings (bar muscle up primer)

3-5 bar muscle ups (or practice/ attempts/ scale options)

Primer5 thruster

5 pull up

3-5 bar muscle up
