Can Life Be Defined?

Between Understanding and Living

Can we truly define life — or is life meant only to be lived?

When we try to define it, we reduce it to concepts and explanations. We make it something to be understood by the mind.

But when we are fully living it, we no longer ask what life is — we simply experience it.

In this episode, we explore the difference between knowing and living.

Is our search to define life keeping us away from the real?

And the deeper question: Are you truly living life, or only thinking about it?

Sometimes the most direct way to meet life is to stop trying to know it… and simply be it.
