After completing a PhD in Neuroscience and training in psychiatry, John Kruse began working with adults with ADHD - at a time when the condition was widely thought to be present only in children. He has written several hundred popular articles on ADHD and other mental health topics as well as posting more than 300 informative videos on his YouTube channel and hosting a weekly Q & A session. After three decades in San Francisco, he moved to the Big Island of Hawaii in 2022 where he continues to enjoy nature, hike, and run.
