To those who have taught me lessons and the ones who have been there to catch me.
Its when I decide to walk into that deep forest of my mind and face the one enemy, me.. It all changed., and it continues to grow, only this time, with awareness, forgiveness and love for all, especially me… because I am worthy, visible and valued. Is this a story, yes, it’s the messages and thoughts I have.
Its what you feel and what you write to allow healing. If you read this, take heed of the words and take what lessons or messages it ignites in you. It may be the key to a journey that you have been waiting for, or a lesson you need to learn or is it the answer you have been asking for…
….Embrace your hurt & heal gloves…….Stay in the moment and embrace your flow of energy…be aware of your vibration and protect that…Stand up and face your shadow warrior….….Remember your Sword of Values…
Remember is it worth being right or being totally free and living your life
Now I can say that a lot of them have been due to worry and being prepared for what is to come.
But... i know there is a deep lesson and an answer to my role on this earth
Through the hard times comes the greatest gift of wisdom and with that, I can help others
