In today's podcast we welcome sports and exercise physiotherapist Simon Hall. Simon has been a physiotherapist for the Sydney Kings in the NBL for three years and prior to that has worked in semi-professional AFL and soccer. In his daily private practice he helps people from all walks of life recover from various injuries. Simon talks to us about the process of an injury from when it first happens, through to rehabilitation and how to get back to the movement you love.
