Mike and JD are joined the Pittsford Fire Department Assistant Chief Tom Shannon who talks how he felt a few years back when he inherited JD, an active member with physical disability when he took office a few year back.
He gives us a glimpse into "Adaptive Life Around The Firehouse", talks about the "Brotherhood", accommodations and encourages other departments to support inclusion and keep an open mind.
