What does “getting leads” actually look like when you’re busy building houses?

2) Then make tiny tools that fix one problem fast—think calculators, checklists, or a simple guide—and give one away every two weeks.

3) Post it where your people actually hang out (industry forums and online groups, not just random social feeds).

That’s your steady lead machine.

But be sure to keep a human in the loop for anything customer-facing.
