As a highly sensitive person myself - We’re diving into the experiences of highly sensitive people (HSPs) and their relationship with anxiety. I’m sharing my personal journey with anxiety and sensitivity along with what i've learned & implemented to support myself and reframe the experience of being highly sensitive. Being highly sensitive is not a flaw but a unique strength that comes with your nervous system being wired to take in MORE information & process it more deeply. This conversation explores how to manage the overwhelm and overstimulation that often leads to anxiety in HSPs.

Most importantly, I’m sharing practical strategies for self care, managing overwhelm, overstimulation & anxiety. You'll walk away with tools and insight encouraging you to embrace your sensitivities as superpowers.

With so much love & gratitude,
Erin.
