The struggle to lose weight is real. There are a lot of people and a lot of money selling the idea that losing weight is easy. That has not been my general experience. We should welcome it if it comes! But losing weight is a journey and there are often obstacles.

That said, I want to help make that path as easy as possible. To develop the strength and resilience to flow through the obstacles and accomplish your goal.

This session dives deep on self-love and self-compassion as a primary means to this end.
