This was a chance for me to chat to my good friend, business coach AND client Jude Turner.
Jude and I got on from first time we met, possibly because we were aware that perhaps we didn't quite fit the mould and found ourselves in the magical messy middle, without diagnoses but as neurodiverse women in business.
As we started moving together and I gave my usual cues, Jude's blank looks said it all. Jude wasn't aware of her body in space, how to articulate her spine, how to move the pelvis without moving the entire body. I was intrigued and so we got creative with our cues. 3 years later, Jude has grown SO much in strength and body awareness and has take to strength training like a duck to water.
In this episode we discuss:
*The pressures on women to show up in a certain way. How we can start to really see ourselves 40+
*How we can reject the diet mentality and ask ourselves how WE want to feel in our bodies.
*Why strength training and the structure therein might just be beneficial for the neurodiverse brain.
Jude works as a coach primarily for neurodiverse creatives over 40. Working with her transformed my business mindset and has helped me believe that I could build a successful business AND be authentic and kind.
Jude hangs out mainly on Instagram, but you can buy tickets for her latest Fierce Females event in Brighton & Hove here.

Please reach out if you would like some support with your relationship to food OR movement. Ela currently has limited spaces for Intuitive Eating coaching and if you'd like to reconnect with movement, contact Christine.
AND if you enjoyed this episode, please share and follow the 'Find Your Strong podcast' and if you have time, write us a short review. It would honestly mean the world. Love to you all, Ela & Christine x
